PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept several methods of payments as shown below. All payments will be charged in US dollars.

Paying by Credit Card:
You can pay by a valid credit card thru our secure online website, phone, fax, or mail. We accept MC, VISA, Discover and American Express. All payments will be charged in US dollars.

The following information is required when paying by credit card: 1 - credit card billing address 2 - credit card # 3 - expiration date 4 - CVV Number

When ordering on our website, you can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information sent over the internet. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address that your credit card company or bank has on file for this card when completing your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay or cancellation of your order.

Pay by PayPal

You can be assured your on-line order is processed securely by using your PayPal account for payment. 

 

Paying by Check or Money Order:
Please print your confirmation email (which you will receive after completing your order), and enclose it with payment for the correct order total amount. Please make all checks or money orders out to KVS Corp. in U.S. dollars. We will charge a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

Please Note: If paying by check or money order, your merchandise will ship within 1 to 2 days of receipt of your money order, and 3 to 5 days of receipt of your check (to allow time for bank clearance).

SHIPPING
All orders placed on this website are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to KennelVet's shipping policies.

 

Registration
We do not require customers to register prior to placing an order. However, registering provides benefits such as a persistent shopping cart that remembers the items you added until you check out and an address book to speed up future orders. Your information is safe. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology.

SHIPPING FEES
We charge shipping on all standard orders. Packages are shipped ground service via UPS or the U.S. Postal Office. Shipping and handling cost is based on package weight, and is computed at the time of checkout based on the shipping address entered. You can determine your shipping costs prior to checkout and without signing in as a member. When you are viewing your shopping cart, click the "estimate shipping" button and select your destination location and ZIP code. We do not accept or ship on customer's own UPS.

ABOUT DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Orders usually ships within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise stated on item page). Business days are Monday - Friday (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays). Weekends and holidays do not count as part of the shipping or delivery time.

Orders that are shipped by:

* UPS Ground has delivery on weekdays only;

* U.S. Postal Service, which will deliver Monday-Saturday.

TRANSIT TIME
United States(48 States) Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO * 2 - 6 business days transit time

* Transit Time is the days it takes AFTER the product is shipped.

LONGER DELIVERY TIME
Personalized and handmade may take a little longer to ship. Exceptions are posted with the products before ordering.

NON-DELIVERY
In the rare event that your order never arrives, please contact us right away via email; customerservice@kennelvet.com. Notification of lost items must be received within 15 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of your order and Prior Authorization is REQUIRED to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Items must be returned in new, unused condition, and in it's original container.

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Customers will be responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges.

2. A 25% Restocking Fee is charged on all returned items.

You MUST email our Customer Service Dept. customerservice@kennelvet.com and include the following information:

2. Your Name and Address

3. Reason for the return

All defective goods are covered by the manufacturer's warrantees. Defective goods will be repaired, replaced, or credited upon proof of defect. Customers are responsible for freight charges for all returned items.

In addition to any warranty offered by the manufacturer of the products, KennelVet will accept return of any product purchased from it in accordance with the return policy set forth elsewhere in this Website. Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and KennelVet reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, KennelVet will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with KennelVet's Return Policy.

PRICING & SPECIFICATIONS
Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Not all products are available in all areas due to country, state, or local laws. We reserve the right to limit product quantities. All prices quoted in US$.

VALIDATING YOUR ORDER
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
