I have a 4 year old female Sphynx (hairless) cat who seems to be having a problem with her front paws. About 3 to 4 times a week, they get swollen. It doesn't seem to be painful at all to her, so I haven't been really sure about taking her to a vet. She walks on it and will let me touch it. I usually notice it when she wakes up in the morning.
This has been going on for a few months now. Should I be concerned?
