I just got two parakeets this past week. Everything with them has been going swimmingly, however just now one of them started flying all around the cage endlessly, flapping his wings like a mad bird without warning. The room was dark as it was night time and there weren't any triggers that I know of that would have caused such a terrified display. Anyone have any idea what could have caused this?
