Some of you already know, but my sweet little chihuahua Abigail was poisoned on Monday. She died early yesterday morning. Having Bean with me is probably the only thing keeping me together. He looks for her and is sleeping more than usual, but otherwise seems to be doing well. I'm having a hard time, but then I was having a hard time before this anyway ... and paradoxically I think it's woken me up a little more and makes me hold Bean all that much tighter. (mommmm, you're squooshing me!)
My sincere sympathy on the loss of Abigail. She waits healthy and happy at the Bridge. I've lit the candle for her passing and said a prayer for your comfort.
How terrible! I am so sorry for your loss of your little Abagail. I know you'll see each other again someday. Until then, she'll never really be far from your side.

In a place of rainbows, Abigail runs and plays. She is smiling, because she left with a heart full of love. Now a new bright star is shining in the night sky. Watch carefully and you'll see her winking. When you feel that unexplained warm feeling in your ear, that's her saying hello. When you feel something brush your ankle, she stopped by to say hi.
