Indications:

Disinfects, cleans, and deodorizes in one labor-saving step.

For use in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, colleges, commercial and industrial institutions, office buildings, veterinary clinics, animal life science laboratories, zoos, federally inspected meat and poultry establishments, equine farms, tack shops, pet shops, airports, kennels, hotels, motels, poultry farms, turkey farms, dairy farms, hog farms, breeding establishments, grooming establishments, funeral homes and households. Disinfects, cleans and deodorizes the following hard, nonporous, inanimate surfaces: floors, walls, (non-medical) metal surfaces, (non-medical) stainless steel surfaces, glazed porcelain and plastic surfaces (such as polypropylene, polystyrene), Non-critical medical device surfaces: Beds, bed frames, bed rails, crutches, and Non-critical medical equipment surfaces: Examining tables, lamps, scales, stands, stethoscopes, walkers and wheel chairs.

D-128 leaves a clean fresh scent. It also provides long lasting freshness against tough odors from litter boxes and pet accidents.

Effective against 99.9% of Influenza A that causes the flu.

A multi-purpose, neutral pH, germicidal detergent and deodorant effective in hard water up to 400 ppm (calculated as CaCO3) in the presence of a moderate amount of soil (5% organic serum) according to the AOAC Use-dilution Test.


Dosage and Administration:
It is a violation of federal law to use the product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

General Use Directions for Disinfecting:

For use on hard, nonporous surfaces such as floors, walls, metal surfaces, porcelain and plastic surfaces. Remove gross filth and heavy soil deposits, then thoroughly wet surfaces as recommended and required. Use 1 oz. per gallon of water for a minimum contact time of 10 minutes in a single application. Can be applied with a mop, sponge or cloth, as well as spraying or soaking. The recommended use solution is prepared fresh for each use, then discarded. Rinsing is not necessary unless floors are to be waxed or polished.

Mildew Static Instructions:

Will effectively inhibit the growth and mildew plus the odors caused by them when applied to hard, nonporous surfaces such as walls, floors and tabletops. Apply (1 oz. per gallon of water) with a cloth, mop or sponge making sure to wet all surfaces completely. Let air dry. Prepare a fresh solution for each use. Repeat application once a week or when growth reappears.
